In England mace is not allowed. Pepper spray of any kind is banned. We have no way of protecting ourselves if a vicious dog attacks of any breed. In the U.S.A. pepper spray is allowed. We are not even allowed to carry walking sticks as the law states that these are weopons. ( not that I think you could stop an attack with a stick anyway) but you know what I mean. Basically if a dog attacks all we can do is stand still and hope for the best. This seems wrong to me and I feel that my human rights to protect myself are being taken away. How do you feel about this?
