My dog & two cats have an AWFUL flea problem right now. We’ve treated them and they seem to be doing better, but the fleas have moved on…to US. My parents are making preparations to bomb/fog the house, and we have carpet spray we’ve been using, but the fleas keep biting. especially in our sleep. I’ve tried bug spray but I don’t see much difference. Is there any HUMAN flea repellent I could use in the meantime until we can fully treat our house?

1) some boy a second grader calls 911 and then hang up after a few seconds. The police show up to that house where the 911 call came from. Why did the police also tell him next time were going to arrest you?
2)a person is on someone else property then the ower of that property calls 911. The suspect then goes away before the police show up. Then when the property owner opens the door to the police why do they pepper spray a dog comming out of the premises?
3) a house alarm goes off for a long time nonstop then after a while police show up to the house

I have a house dog and he has fleas! He’s a schnauzer. He’s had fleas for a while…More than 8 months really. We have a special flea and tick killing shampoo and we bathe him in the shampoo about once every two weeks. When I bathe him I see the dead fleas rise on top of his coat. I only see about 2-3 everytime but at least I know it’s working.

Even after I bathe him he still scratches. I wait a few days and he continues to scratch…It only gets worse with time. He doesn’t scratch as much after I bathe him but all in all he still does it.

I wash all of his things in hot water everytime I bathe him. And I spray a flea repellent on him…I’ve even used a flea collar in addition to all this but he still seems to have fleas on him.

The culprit might be the carpet. He loves to go in my brothers room and sleep on his carpet. The fleas are probably in the carpet but he won’t stay out of there.

ANY ideas for removing the fleas from my dog and my house? I really hate to see my dog suffer.

He’s around 7 years old btw.

My dog is a 8 year old shepard mix. She will not stop digging. I don’t know what to do. She lives outside so constant supervision isn’t possible. I’ve tried hitting her, yelling at her, putting her "duty" in the holes, putting rocks in the holes, and buying the repellent spray.

I think she likes the spray because after I sprayed it she dug only in those spots again and she digs right through the rocks.

I know dogs dig because they’re hot but she has 2 doghouses, a pillow and a dog water bed made for cooling.

She gets exercise. I just brought her home from the dog park and less than an hour later she had 2 more holes dug in the yard.
I don’t know what else to do. My parents are about to get rid of her if she doesn’t stop.
If it was up to me she would live in the house but I live with my parents and they completely refuse to let the dog live in the house.

ESPECIALLY IF YOUR OBVIOUSLY HOME WITH TWO CARS OUT FRONT AND ONE OF THE HOUSE DOORS OPEN, that he had to walk right past? This is a large house dog, and yes he will bark and approach if a stranger comes in the yard…

We NEVER leave him outside when we are not home.

BUT, if you are home does the meter reader person (for the power company)…..

* LEGALLY * have the right to enter the fenced in yard and pepper spray/mace your dog???
