@mikez565 At the beginning of the video, he was sitting there in his booth. How much could he have done by just sitting there? And what he was doing before is irrelevant…the cops used unnecessary force against him. If he was hurting people it would have been understandable for them to react in the way they did. Yeah he was on drugs, but that doesn’t mean they have to pepper spray him excessively. All the police were doing was providing a textbook example of police brutality.

@kaobasa Just because he’s on drugs that make him unpredictable doesn’t mean he has done anything worthy of being treated that way. The police should have waited for him to do something WORTHY of their reaction. If you apply the logic of pepper spraying someone because they are “unpredictable” then in order to be consistent, you must also not go outside because you don’t know the weather forecast and therefor don’t know how to dress appropriately…it’s just ridiculous

That’s a ridiculous statement and I wouldn’t doubt at this point you’re just trolling. But if you are serious, and I hope you’re not, then the very fact that he is unpredictable is the exactly why they were justified in doing what they were doing. You don’t put every ones safety at risk just because he hasn’t done anything YET.

That guy might have done something.
But It is more likely that someone in the bar called the police and told them there was a crazy man who looks very dangerous. Then he simply disobeyed them and gave them a sort of reason to engage.
