do anyone know how i can repel dogs? Pepper sprays aren't available to my country yet,is there a homemade way?

You could try citronella spray, here in U.S. we have this available, it does not physically harm the dog but it does (most oftent) repel the dog. You must always be careful when spraying anything at an attacking dog, the dog (depending on the dog)may become more aggressive towards you.

A mild vinegar solution sprayed in the eyes is effective and humane. The best bet is to avoid strange dogs in the first place though

Mix some ammonia and water in a spray bottle. That should do it.
